"Seat selection was straightforward"
I booked my bus ticket through Busbud and choosing a seat was easy. I could see which seats were still available before I paid, which made it feel a lot less like guessing and more like… well, better than when you just have to hope.
My seat number showed up right on the ticket, and when I got on the bus it matched without any issue. The driver didn’t seem confused or anything, so the whole thing was simple and worked the way I expected.

Surprisingly, the payment went through easily, and I got the ticket in my email just a few minutes later. All the details looked correct too, which was a relief. The only thing that made me hesitate a bit was that the page loaded slower than I’d like, but other than that, it actually turned out to be a decent experience
